CUPPING THERAPY

Cupping therapy is an ancient modality that uses suction to promote health and healing. It helps to loosen soft tissue and connective tissue, scarring and adhesions, moves stagnation and increase lymphatic flow and circulation.  This therapy use cups with vacuum pump, to create suction on the body's surface. The cups can be kept stationary, or be gently glided, rotated, shaken, or popped on the skin to suction will reach deep into the soft tissue and attachments.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a light-touch technique to relieve swelling, pain and inflammation by working with the lymphatic system to drain stagnant fluids, detoxify, regenerate tissues and maintain a healthy immune response. Lymphatic Drainage is especially helpful in managing pain from chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia, reducing swelling in soft tissue injuries, speeds healing in post cosmetic surgical procedures,

Assisted Stretch Session

Stretch therapy will move and stretch out your body with the aim of elongating the muscles and fascia to help facilitate correcting distortions and restore functional flexibility allowing the body to perform with more effectiveness and decrease pain. We utilize a combination of elements of Active Isolated Stretching , Passive Release Techniques and Myofascial Release depending on a client's individual needs. Each session is tailored to the client and the day that they receive treatment.
